Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

As an Assembler, you will use hand tools and machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies for various applications. Your role will involve using tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, and operating production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components. You will also perform quality checks to ensure high standards before proceeding to the next step. Computer use is required to access step-by-step assembly instructions, and while you need to log into multiple programs, the process is straightforward with basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery.

+ Operate production machinery for printing on solder paste and components.

+ Conduct quality checks on assembled products.

+ Access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions using computers.

+ Log into multiple programs to retrieve the correct assembly instructions.

Essential Skills

+ Basic proficiency in using computers for daily operations.

+ Experience in production, assembly, soldering, and general production tasks.

+ Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.

+ Entry-level production experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of assembly experience preferred.

+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.

+ Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.

+ Background in customer service is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
