    What You’ll Do

    + Inspect and prepare reels, boxes, and pallets

    + Sanitize equipment and production areas

    + Move and transport products/materials

    + Stack finished goods and wrap pallets

    + Record accurate data in ERP system

    + Follow GMP, food safety, and company policies

    + Train others and support team values

    What We’re Looking For

    + 6+ months machine operator experience

    + Previous warehouse experience preferred

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs

    + Basic computer and data entry skills

    + Positive attitude and reliability

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
