Job Title: Mechanical Assembler, $22-25
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler who will be responsible for building and mounting grills with precision. This includes incorporating components like wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights, as well as reviewing blueprints to construct level bumpers. The role involves charging, testing, and evacuating air conditioning systems according to build specifications, installing and wiring electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens, and conducting thorough running tests to ensure all systems operate correctly.
Responsibilities
+ Build and mount grills with precision, incorporating wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights.
+ Review blueprints to construct level bumpers.
+ Charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems in accordance with build specifications.
+ Install and wire electrical components, including lights, speakers, and sirens.
+ Perform thorough running tests to ensure all systems operate correctly.
+ Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support organizational goals and member needs.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical assembly expertise.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Skill in tape measure reading.
+ Electrical assembly knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working on an assembly line.

Work Environment
Work is conducted in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring comfort throughout your shift. The position involves working in a team setting within spacious work areas. All necessary tools are provided. Shifts are 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, depending on the supervisor. Expect to work 45-50 hours per week, including mandatory work on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
