    Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description

     

    This quality control role involves pulling samples from production lines to conduct quality checks, including weighing and measuring. You will document your findings in a computer system after performing the checks.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret product specifications to ensure compliance.

    + Monitor production processes and product attributes, communicating any deviations from specifications.

    + Perform laboratory analysis on raw materials and finished products following work instructions.

    + Place non-conforming products on hold, document status, and communicate this information to production supervisors and the QA Manager.

    + Perform secondary evaluations on all non-conforming products, document product status, and communicate results to the QA Manager.

    + Monitor all facility areas for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

    + Assist in special projects such as shelf-life studies, customer complaints, and internal audits, ensuring accurate data collection and recording.

    + Complete reports accurately and neatly, ensuring they can be easily retrieved.

    + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English

    + Experience in production, general labor, assembly, packaging, inspection, and manufacturing

    + Proficiency in using a computer system for documentation

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection

    + Ability to perform paperwork and documentation tasks effectively

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
