Hiring Facilities Maintenance Technicians/Building Engineers

The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs repairs and maintenance across buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, along with general construction skills.

+ **_Day Shift_**

+ **_Up to $32/hour paid weekly!_**

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial mechanical systems.

+ Perform painting, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks.

+ Change office setups and assist with office furniture installations and inventory.

+ Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, and shovels.

+ Be available for emergency maintenance and respond to Facilities Help Desk requests.

+ Manage projects using plans and drawings, and maintain tools and material stock.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate repair records and documentation.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance, drywall, facility maintenance, and carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance.

+ Ability to manage projects and maintain accurate documentation.

+ Capability to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and snow removal equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of King of Prussia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
