The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and replenishing inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Receive incoming products and verify accuracy against purchase orders

+ Perform put‑away of inventory into designated storage locations

+ Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels

+ Replenish bins and ensure stock availability for order fulfillment

+ Operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, stand‑up forklifts, and sit‑down forklifts

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Assist with additional warehouse functions as needed, including shipping, picking, packing, loading, and general labor tasks

Skills and Competencies

+ Material handling

+ Shipping and receiving

+ Order picking and order pulling

+ Inventory control and cycle counting

+ Labeling and packaging

+ Loading and unloading

+ Pallet jack operation

+ Forklift operation (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, cherry picker)

+ RF scanner and RF scan gun use

+ Stocking and palletizing

+ Basic computer skills

+ General warehouse inventory and shipping processes

Preferred Qualifications

+ 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience

+ 1+ year of computer‑based work

+ Forklift experience (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach)

+ RF scanner experience

+ Experience working with vinyl (preferred but not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROGERS, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
