    Assembly Line Technician

     

    Job Overview

     

    Join our team to help build hydraulic pumps. You’ll work on an assembly line using hand and power tools, put parts together, and test finished pumps to ensure they’re leak‑free and meet quality standards.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble hydraulic pumps following detailed instructions

    + Use hand tools, power tools, and presses

    + Build different pump types as needed

    + Test completed pumps for leaks and proper function

    What You Need

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Experience with hand and power tools

    + Ability to read blueprints

    + Previous industrial or warehouse experience

    + Reliable transportation

    Nice to Have

    + Manufacturing or assembly experience

    + Ability to cross‑train in other departments

    + Experience with measuring tools

    + Mechanical or pump assembly expereince

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + Climate‑controlled facility

    + Flexible shifts:

    + **1st Shift:** 6 AM – 4 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** 8 PM – 6 AM

    + **Weekend Shift:** Fri–Sun, 6 AM – 6 PM (36 hours paid as 40)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
