Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine manufacturing operations. This includes tasks such as equipment preparation, formulation, aseptic compounding, and vial filling activities. You will work with various equipment including vial cappers, autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and centrifuges. The role requires documentation of all assigned work and adherence to safety procedures while applying aseptic techniques.

**Pay:** $21-$24hr (Can be flexible depending on expereince)

Responsibilities

+ Perform equipment preparation, formulation, and aseptic compounding.

+ Carry out vial filling activities using various equipment.

+ Complete and maintain documentation related to work such as logbooks and batch records.

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.

+ Apply aseptic techniques during operations.

+ Prepare and filter solutions; fill and label vials.

+ Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilize equipment.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.

+ Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

+ 1+ year of sterilization experience. (Any pharmaceutical manufacturing expereince will allow for increased pay)

+ Experience in aseptic techniques and machine operating.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 0 – 2 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

+ Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalency.

+ GMP experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a sterile lab space, requiring extensive PPE. The role involves working in a GMP environment where smocking up is required. The entire facility is climate controlled.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
