Machine Operator- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Pay: $18-$20/hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday, Various shifts available

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manual and automatic machines. Your role will involve measuring, inspecting, and adjusting products to meet specified standards.

Responsibilities:

+ Observe the continuous operation of machines to ensure products meet specifications and detect malfunctions.

+ Make adjustments to machines as instructed.

+ Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects using precision measuring instruments.

+ Set up, operate, or tend metal casting machines to cast metal parts or products.

+ Position and secure work pieces on machines.

+ Remove finished products from dies using hand tools, air hoses, and other equipment.

+ Trim excess material from parts.

Essential Skills:

+ General production experience

+ Machine operating skills

+ Proficiency in assembly and machine operation

+ Experience with general labor tasks such as using hand and power tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Machine operating experience

+ Forklift experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
