    Overview

     

    The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, guiding team members, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Lead works closely with the first-line supervisor to ensure accurate order preparation, timely staging, and proper loading for delivery. Additionally, this role supports readiness for incoming shipments and drives continuous improvement in processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate product preparation for delivery.

    + Assist the first-line supervisor in directing and motivating associates to achieve operational goals.

    + Monitor order staging and loading processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

    + Prepare the warehouse for next-day receiving activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in inventory control and distribution.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
