Marine Electrician – Power the Navy’s Next‑Generation Fleet

_Contract | $22–$28/hr_

As a crucial part of the electrical systems team, you’ll take ownership of work that keeps the fleet operational:

+ Install, maintain & repair **shipboard electrical systems** —from power distribution to control panels

+ Troubleshoot and solve **complex electrical & mechanical issues**

+ Read & apply **blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and Navy work packages**

+ Work side‑by‑side with Navy personnel, engineering teams, and subcontractors

+ Ensure every task meets **the highest safety and quality standards**

Requirements

+ 2+ years of marine or naval experience

+ Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, valves, or diesel equipment

+ Skilled with hand/power tools & measurement devices

+ Able to read technical documentation and schematics

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
