    **Location:** Northfield, MN

    **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Overview:

    Join a dynamic team in a medium-sized, OSHA-regulated facility with advanced ventilation systems ensuring a safe and clean work environment. This production MIG welding role focuses on galvanized steel and offers a collaborative team atmosphere, consistent overtime, and opportunities for skill growth.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform production MIG welding on galvanized steel tubing and pipe

    + Bench welding tasks

    + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate welds

    + Maintain safety and quality standards in compliance with OSHA regulations

    Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in MIG welding

    + Previous welding experience or formal welding education

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    Additional Skills:

    + Familiarity with welding tubing and pipe

    + Experience in a production welding environment preferred

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CASTLE ROCK, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
