    Job Title: Stocker and Associate** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated porter to assist in our corporate cafeteria, focusing on receiving shipments and organizing both front and back house operations. As a Stocker and Associate, you will be responsible for restocking supplies such as drinks, maintaining the general upkeep, and cleaning the back of house areas. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service and may interact with guests and customers. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly and be able to stand and walk for a full shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive and organize shipments for the cafeteria.

    + Restock supplies, including drinks, efficiently and accurately.

    + Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the back of house.

    + Provide exceptional customer service and interact with guests as needed.

    + Support cleaning, stocking, and checkout duties.

    + Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning table surfaces.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.

    + Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

    + Experience in cleaning, stocking, and food service.

    + Capability to lift and move up to 50lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry.

    + Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.

    + Strong attendance record and reliability.

    Work Environment

    The position is located at a corporate cafeteria with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. The role requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Rio Rancho, NM.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
