• About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled **Assembly Technician** to assemble actuators, perform precision inspections, complete pressure testing, and maintain accurate documentation. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with tools, and building high‑quality products.

•️ What You’ll Do

+ Assemble actuators and related components with precision and consistency

+ Conduct final inspections to ensure all products meet strict quality standards

+ Perform pressure testing to verify structural integrity

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

+ Accurately document time, processes, and bill of materials

+ Participate in general maintenance, housekeeping, and daily operational tasks

• What You Bring

+ Experience with **mechanical assembly** in a related industry

+ Ability to read and interpret **blueprints**

+ **Skilled in using micrometers and precision measurement tools**

+ **Knowledge of fluid power technology** (certification a strong plus)

+ Comfortable using common hand and power tools

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills

+ Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and use computer software effectively

+ Ability to lift up to **50 lbs throughout the day**

• Preferred Qualifications

+ Degree in fluid power technology

+ Strong organizational and time‑management skills

+ Solid written and verbal communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
