Electrician

Job Description

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and modifying electrical systems, components, and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards. You will assess and perform preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and components. Additionally, you will troubleshoot equipment using test equipment, technical manuals, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

+ Repair, maintain, and modify electrical systems, components, or equipment in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.

+ Assess and perform preventive maintenance schedules and related work to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and components.

+ Troubleshoot equipment using test equipment, technical manuals, and blueprints.

+ Monitor, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, fire alarm/detection systems, and plumbing systems and equipment throughout the building to ensure safe, efficient, and economical operations.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical systems and wiring.

+ Ability to repair, maintain, and modify electrical systems and components.

+ Competence in troubleshooting equipment using test equipment, technical manuals, and blueprints.

+ Experience in monitoring, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, fire alarm/detection, and plumbing systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

+ Motivation to learn new systems and technologies.

+ Strong attendance record.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
