Job Title: General Production Worker - PM Shift

Job Description

Join a global leader in bio-solutions that produces products for yogurt, animal feed, and more. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities

+ Manually clean machines during product changeovers

+ Lift up to 50lb bags of raw materials into hoppers

+ Assist operators in running various machines

+ Learn and adhere to proper GMP requirements and chemical safety practices

+ Document production runs accurately

Essential Skills

+ General production and machine operation experience

+ 2+ years in general production

+ 1+ years of GMP experience

+ Ability to lift 50lbs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in mixing or blending powders or liquids

+ Previous experience with safely handling chemicals for sanitation

+ Ability to read and write in English

+ Basic mechanical aptitude

Work Environment

Work the PM shift with hours from 5pm to 5am 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The environment is clean, climate-controlled, and maintains a moderate pace without any strong odors. Employees must wear GMP-compliant attire, including hair nets, beard nets, smocks, steel-toed shoes, gloves, hard hats, and safety glasses. Occasionally, work may involve entering a deep freezer at -55 degrees Celsius.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Allis, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
