    We are seeking **Entry‑Level Labor Workers** to join a clean, modern, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. This role offers full training, guaranteed overtime, and excellent long‑term career opportunities.

    Shifts

    **Day Shift:** Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Guaranteed OT)

    **Night Shift:** Monday-Friday | Start time between 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM

     

    Multiple openings on both shifts.

     

    Top Requirements (Must Haves)

    These are required - **especially the tape measure test** :

    + Must pass a **basic tape measure test** (4 simple questions)

    + Must be able to stand for a 10‑hour shift

    + Must be able to read and follow basic work instructions

     

    The tape measure requirement is the most important part of the job.

    Daily Responsibilities

    + Work with your team to treat glass for final shipment

    + Assist with receiving and unloading inventory from trucks

    + Read and interpret basic manufacturing work instructions

    + Use a tape measure to perform quality inspections

    + Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to measure product thickness

     

    This is a true entry‑level opportunity - no prior manufacturing experience needed. Full training is provided during your first week, followed by shadowing experienced team members.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
