    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking an experienced specialist in the Facilities Industrial Repair & Maintenance field. This role involves applying acquired job skills along with company policies and procedures to successfully complete assigned tasks. The position requires working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, with occasional deviations from standard practices.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct scheduled maintenance and address breakdowns of production equipment.

    + Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as required.

    + Fabricate necessary machine parts and potentially assemble machines.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate maintenance tasks.

    + Mechanically repair various equipment including conveyors, screw machines, presses, cold headers, and threaders.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience, with a preference for metals (60/40 mechanical).

    + Proficiency in industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

    + Experience in basic welding and cutting procedures.

    + Correct use of machinist measurement tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.

    + Proven capability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment mechanically.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Fabrication experience.

    + Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

    + Positive attitude and good judgment.

    + Excellent time management skills.

    Work Environment

    This is a Permanent position based out of Addison, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.

     

    Brand New RENOVATED facility

    Monthly "employee appreciation days" during the summer

    - Bonus of 5% of earnings to hourly employees

    - 401K matching

    - Accrued Time Off (Will be credited for the time they were on contract)

    - Holiday Bonuses $100-$350 (Applies to contractors)

    - They will be able to order OMG uniforms with their own money, so they will not have to ruin their own clothes.
