Job Title: Finisher - Weekend Shift** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Finisher on the Weekend Shift, where you will play a crucial role in preparing products to meet customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include using hand grinders to sand and grind down excess metal, assembling products as needed, and assisting machine operators during downtime. You will also utilize various hand and power tools to ensure the highest quality of finished products, perform general cleaning duties, and inspect products for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare products to meet customer specifications.

+ Use hand grinders to sand and grind down excess metal.

+ Assemble products as needed.

+ Assist machine operators during downtime.

+ Utilize various hand and power tools.

+ Inspect products and perform quality assurance checks.

+ Perform general cleaning duties around the area.

+ Lift up to 55 lbs.

Essential Skills

+ General production and manufacturing experience.

+ Experience with grinders and hand tools.

+ Comfortable using power tools and swinging a hammer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3 months of prior production/manufacturing experience is preferred.

+ Experience in mechanical assembly and inspection.

+ Ability to read blueprints and perform deburring.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Sueur, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.25/hr.
