Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description

We are seeking a skilled foreman to lead a crew of up to five workers for a site work and development commercial construction company. You will oversee large projects located in the southern Massachusetts South Shore area. Your responsibilities will include using Procore to manage and track materials on-site, and you will report directly to the lead superintendent.

Responsibilities

+ Lead a crew of up to five workers on commercial construction projects.

+ Manage site work and development activities.

+ Utilize Procore to track and manage materials on-site.

+ Report to the lead superintendent regarding project progress and any issues.

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained on-site.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience leading crews on commercial job sites.

+ 5+ years of experience in site development field.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

+ Strong knowledge in construction, site work, and the use of hand tools.

+ Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA 10 certification.

+ Experience in carpentry and pipe fitting.

Work Environment

Work on large commercial construction job sites in the southern Massachusetts South Shore area. The role requires working with various hand tools and technologies to ensure successful project completion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
