    URGENT HIRING FOR PICKER AND PACKER ROLE IN HARFORD COUNTY MD

    The role involves accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery. This hands-on position does not require the use of forklifts or other heavy equipment; all tasks are performed manually with carts and RF scanners. Attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Select and pack products from inventory accurately.

    + Label shipments and prepare orders for nationwide delivery.

    + Use carts and RF scanners for manual tasks.

    + Ensure attention to detail and maintain accuracy.

    + Lift up to 50 lbs as required.

    + Scan, wrap, sort, and prepare orders for shipments.

    + Assist with organizing received material and maintain accurate counts.

    + Keep work areas clean and adhere to safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous warehouse experience preferred.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Commitment to accuracy.

    + Experience with RF scanners.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of warehouse and labeling procedures.

    + Ability to work at a fast but careful pace.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes afternoon shifts from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am and night shifts from 12:00 am to 8:30 am, Monday through Friday. Tasks are performed manually without the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring a safe and clean workspace

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perryville, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
