    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Residential Maintenance Technician, responsible for maintaining a portfolio of residential buildings located in Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston. This role requires a high level of communication and technical expertise to ensure the efficient operation of building systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting using hand tools.

    + Manage and execute work orders efficiently.

    + Utilize Prism CMMS for maintenance management.

    + Provide high-quality customer service to residents.

    + Work on various equipment, including mini splits, washers, dryers, and plumbing systems.

    + Ensure effective communication for work order assignments.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-4 years of experience in maintenance roles.

    + Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

    + Experience with residential maintenance.

    + Valid Driver’s License.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Ability to use hand tools and troubleshoot technical issues.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Tech-savvy with experience in customer service.

    + Comfortable driving between properties in the Boston area.

    + Team player with the ability to work independently.

    Supporting maintenance across 8 residential buildings in Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston. Employees work standard hours with potential on-call duties, and the dress code is casual and suitable for maintenance work.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Somerville, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
