Machine Operator Helper

Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer and distributor of cleaning supplies at our Grand Prairie site, where we produce and distribute a wide range of cleaning products for retail clients. Work with a team that values quality and precision in a high-volume corrugated packaging facility.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and assist with the setup, maintenance, and production of die cutter and flexo machines.

+ Ensure accurate cutting, printing, and stacking of cardboard materials according to job specifications and quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Support team efficiency and minimize downtime.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in loading, machine operation, and production.

+ General labor and packaging skills.

+ Proficiency with flexo and die cutter machines.

+ Ability to use a tape measure and hand tools effectively.

+ Familiarity with manufacturing and machine shop environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Team player with a willingness to assist others.

+ High productivity and accuracy levels.

+ Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
