Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist handles all incoming and outgoing spare parts and freight, reporting directly to the Shop Superintendent. This role involves collaborating with customers to receive orders, fulfill requests, and procure parts onsite, including loading and unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

+ Manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.

+ Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving processes.

+ Verify and document contents of incoming shipments.

+ Securely package items for outgoing shipments.

+ Manage inventory and conduct regular audits.

+ Track orders and inventory accurately.

+ Safely load and unload delivery vehicles.

+ Efficiently pick and pack orders.

+ Perform basic math for inventory control.

+ Understand industrial machinery components.

+ Perform driving duties, including operating a trailer-hitched F350.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with inventory management using computer systems.

+ Proficiency in inventory control, shipping and receiving.

+ Ability to operate a forklift.

+ Experience with RF scanners and data entry.

+ Knowledge of packaging, general labor, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in tool inspection, picking orders, sorting, and production.

+ Ability to conduct cycle counts and manage loading activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
