Job Title: Finish Carpenter** **Job Description

Seeking a dedicated finish carpenter to assist in the installation of windows, doors, weather-strips, countertops, hardware, and finish trim on toll and security booths. Additional duties may include caulking, labor work, and paint preparation.

Responsibilities

+ Install windows, doors, weather-strips, countertops, hardware, and finish trim on toll and security booths.

+ Perform caulking and assist with paint preparation.

+ Conduct labor work as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Finish carpentry

+ Carpentry labor

+ Construction skills

+ Experience with tools, carpentry, and framing

+ Door installation, shear, and sheet metal expertise

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs

+ Proficiency in reading a tape measure

+ Competence in using basic hand tools

Work Environment

The work takes place in a shop environment with good ventilation. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The regular working hours are from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday hours from 6 AM to 11 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Clemens, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
