Job Title: 2pm Put Away Associate** **Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a 2pm Put Away Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of merchandise within our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing manifests, verifying and organizing merchandise, and preparing products for distribution, all within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Generate manifests to dispatch and confirm customer and/or stock orders.
+ Interpret various warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
+ Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate items from receiving or production areas to designated locations.
+ Verify merchandise documentation and record incoming items by part and quantity.
+ Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to a predetermined sequence.
+ Prepare products for distribution within facilities.
+ Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets, shelves, or conveyors for packing or shipping.
+ Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products under direct supervision within established guidelines.
+ Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
+ Create and enter records for the manifest into the warehouse computer system.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
+ Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling, picking, packing, and shipping.
+ Basic understanding of using RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 0-6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
+ No prior certifications required.
+ Opportunity to certify on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire.

Work Environment
Our warehouse is a fast-paced setting with narrow aisles, where forklifts and hand carts are used to navigate safely. The environment is non-climate controlled, so adaptability is key. Please note that cellphones and electronics are not permitted in the warehouse, and closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
