Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work with pre-cast columns, wall panels, beams, hollow core, and balconies for a variety of structures including industrial buildings, stadiums, schools, commercial buildings, and multi-family residences. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our equipment and machinery operate efficiently by performing both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on forklifts and troubleshoot 12-volt electrical systems on specialized equipment.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry skills.
+ Read and interpret work orders, OEM manuals, and equipment specifications to complete repairs and part replacements.
+ Dismantle, install, adjust, and reassemble machinery using hand tools, hoists, cranes, and related equipment.
+ Maintain accurate records in CMMS software, including maintenance logs, safety inspections, and repair documentation.
+ Ensure a safe, clean work environment and communicate repair status with production and supervisory teams.
+ Assist with preventive maintenance on plant equipment and company vehicles, including oil changes, pressure washing, and general upkeep.
+ Perform safety inspections, identify equipment needing repair, and communicate issues to the lead technician.
+ Support equipment repairs and machine moves alongside other technicians while learning all in-house equipment.
+ Operate cranes, drills, saws, and small tools; maintain accurate maintenance and repair records in CMMS.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong emphasis on the electrical side.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs.
+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electro-mechanical systems, diesel, and small engines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals and equipment specifications.
+ Experience with CMMS software for maintenance and repair documentation.
+ Good communication skills to effectively liaise with production and supervisory teams.

Work Environment
You will work a 1st shift schedule, starting either at 6 am or 7 am, Monday through Friday. Expect to work 50 hours a week, with typical hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some days extending to 5 pm. Flexibility is required as there may be sporadic weekend shifts. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
