Job Title: Machinist Debur Technician** **Job Description

Join our team to debur and post-process parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances. You'll be involved in depowering, precision cleaning, removing supports, and surface-finishing tasks. Operate equipment such as wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, and bandsaws, while handling metal powders. The role requires skills in deburring, metal additive post-processing, and similar hands-on precision metal work, including manual machining, welding, cutting, fitting, and/or bending of stainless steels, aluminums, and high-strength nickel alloys.

Responsibilities

+ Debur and post-process parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

+ Perform depowering, precision cleaning, support removal, and surface finishing.

+ Operate wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, and bandsaws.

+ Handle metal powders and perform metal additive post-processing.

+ Conduct manual machining, welding, cutting, fitting, and/or bending of various metals.

Essential Skills

+ Deburring and precision metal work experience.

+ Proficiency in operating wire EDMs, surface grinders, and sand blasters.

+ Experience with manual machining and metal additive post-processing.

+ Knowledge of GD&T, grinding, and working with stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in R&D and prototyping environments.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Good personality fit for a start-up company environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Segundo, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
