Job Title: HVAC Installer** **Job Description
As an HVAC Install Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of HVAC equipment for clients, with a focus on serving Dane County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
+ Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
+ Complete installation closeout forms to ensure job completion.
+ Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
+ Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and company standards.
+ Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless installation process.
+ Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies.
+ Interact with customers to answer questions and provide guidance on system maintenance, energy efficiency, and upgrades.
+ Adhere to all federal, state, and local safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.
+ Ensure that all components of HVAC systems, such as filters, ducts, and vents, are clean to maintain air quality and system efficiency.
+ Provide timely services in case of emergencies like system breakdowns during extreme weather conditions.
+ Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance routines, repairs, and other work performed on each system.
+ Stay updated with the latest technology and techniques in HVAC systems, including eco-friendly options and smart home integrations.
Essential Skills
+ Electrical and mechanical skills
+ Troubleshooting and repair expertise
+ Service and preventive maintenance proficiency
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Experience with field service and installations
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
+ Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
+ Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
+ Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.
