Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Electrical Helper to support our electricians within the production facility. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build their electrical skills and work in a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist electricians with wiring, assembly, and electrical installations

+ Set up tools, materials, and work areas for daily tasks

+ Perform basic electrical duties under supervision, including running cables and connecting fixtures

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Support additional production activities as needed

Qualifications

+ Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and tools

+ Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Previous electrical or manufacturing experience is a plus

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coconut Creek, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
