Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift maintenance technician to effectively troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all machinery and facility equipment throughout our plant.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain machinery such as powder coating lines, e-coating lines, conveyor lines, blast booths, ovens, welders, and plasma cutters.

+ Regularly troubleshoot electrical systems up to 3-phase 480v, change out electrical motors, and follow schematics when available.

+ Adhere to a detailed preventive maintenance schedule.

+ Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and overhead doors, as required.

+ Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

+ Regularly use Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and multi-meters.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Mechanical maintenance experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and ovens.

+ Electrical troubleshooting experience using LOTO and multimeters.

+ Facility maintenance experience in lighting, plumbing, and carpentry.

+ Ability to follow and read schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ PLC Troubleshooting experience, including reading and following ladder logic, and troubleshooting relays, switches, and sensors.

+ Certifications, degrees, or completed courses involving a skilled trade.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced powder coating facility focusing on e-coating, powder coating, and welding. The environment can be hot due to the presence of welders, blast booths, large lay-down yards, and ovens. You will work in a dynamic setting with varied tasks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhart, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
