    **Pay:** $18–$23/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

    •** **What You’ll Do

     

    As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit team building custom industrial control panels and electrical cabinets. Every day brings something new as you:

     

    + Assemble, wire, and test electrical components and systems

    + Work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

    + Route and connect wiring between controls, sensors, equipment, and power sources

    + Collaborate with technicians, leads, and project coordinators to ensure quality and accuracy

    •** **What You Bring

     

    We’re excited to train the right person. You’re a great fit if you have:

     

    + Basic wiring or electrical assembly interest or experience

    + Ability to read or learn to read schematics and blueprints

    + Comfort using hand tools and a tape measure

    + Basic math skills (including fractions)

    + A High School Diploma or GED

    **Bonus points for:** prior electrical, mechanical, trade school, or panel assembly experience—but not required!

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
