Description
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all equipment and supplies located on the base. This role ensures proper tracking, storage, and accountability of assets to support operational readiness and compliance with organizational standards.
_Key Responsibilities:_
+ Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory of all on-site equipment, tools, and materials.
+ Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory records.
+ Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments and equipment.
+ Track issuance and return of equipment to personnel.
+ Identify and promptly report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
+ Utilize inventory management systems/software for data entry and reporting.
+ Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams on replenishment and disposal needs.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and security standards for storage areas.
+ Prepare detailed inventory reports and assist management with resource planning.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
