Job Title: Parts Specialist
Job Description
As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for purchasing aircraft parts, components, and materials to support the operation of private jets. This includes handling Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, routine stocking, and fleet provisioning. You will ensure the orderly maintenance of parts storage areas, conduct receiving inspections of incoming inventory, and manage the shipping, tracking, and expediting of parts and materials.
Responsibilities
+ Purchase aircraft parts, components, and materials to support operations.
+ Perform receiving inspections of incoming inventory in accordance with company standards.
+ Maintain an orderly fashion for parts storage areas, shipping/receiving areas, and company tools.
+ Tag, store, and segregate parts and tools appropriately.
+ Expedite, ship, and track parts/materials shipments.
+ Identify, classify, and handle all hazardous material shipments following company procedures and regulations.
+ File warranty claims for programs as needed.
+ Update and maintain inventory tracking programs such as TotalFBO, CAMP, and/or Corridor.
+ Monitor and track exchange cores and ensure prompt return to vendors.

This is a Contract position based out of Elkhart, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
