    Join our team as a Production Technician, where you will work in a clean room environment following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role involves manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers, ensuring quality and consistency through adherence to detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings. Your success in this position will depend on your attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.

    + Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings.

    + Ensure quality and consistency in production processes.

    + Maintain a clean room environment by adhering to cGMP standards.

    Work Environment

    Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day, with possible overtime. Cleanroom conditions include humidity over 30%, temperature between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. The role demands frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, as well as the use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene (e.g., disinfectants, solvents, IPA). You must be able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted, using hand tools and equipment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
