Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Forklift Operators and logistics associates to efficiently move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. With a strict two-hour lead time on all materials required for the production floor, candidates must meet high production goals each hour.

Responsibilities

+ Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment effectively.

+ Work as a stand-up forklift operator using electric-powered lifts.

+ Verify forklift certifications through references.

+ Engage in material handling, walking, cleaning, and other assigned duties for 50% of the shift.

+ Use a warehouse management system to select orders and maintain inventory accuracy.

+ Perform packaging, production, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks.

+ Handle cycle counts, order picking, and warehouse packing.

+ Process orders and manage warehouse shipping.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience.

+ Experience with electric stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

+ Experience in maintaining production metrics and standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in distribution and mobile equipment operation.

+ Familiarity with a warehouse management system.

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain positive attendance records.

+ Experience in quality control and order processing.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, state-of-the-art facility in Colonial Heights, featuring packaging operations, a warehouse, and a training center. Experience a climate-controlled environment with a canteen/breakroom equipped with food and drink machines. Lockers are available upon request, and cell phones must be kept in lockers or cars. Operate in a 24/7 warehouse with a 3,2,2,3 schedule. These roles are for the night shift, offering a differential for night work. Expect to start in entry-level roles and progress as you learn the warehouse layout and equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Colonial Heights, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.91 - $23.91/hr.
