Job Description

We are looking to hire for 3 different CNC Machine Operating positions (Lathe, Mill, and Saw). We are looking for dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure quality production through precise machine operation.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate own machinery.

+ Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and tape measure.

+ Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.

+ Conduct routine machine maintenance.

+ Record job times accurately.

+ Ensure reliable and punctual attendance.

Essential Skills

+ At least 2 years of recent CNC machine operating experience.

+ If applying for the saw position, having AMADA experience is a huge plus! However not required.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.

+ Competency in inspection methods to verify quality.

+ Computer literacy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
