Job Description

+ Perform electrical installations and maintenance in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems within commercial and industrial environments.

+ Analyze and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.

+ Layout and install conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.

+ Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and other safety-related activities.

+ Provide technical assistance and direction to other field employees as needed.

+ Train and mentor Helpers/Apprentices.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of job site, tools, and vehicles.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical installations and maintenance.

+ Ability to read and analyze blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting.

+ Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Current licensing and training in electrical work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with low voltage systems and solar installations.

+ Ability to provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members.

+ Commitment to maintaining safety standards and participating in safety activities.

+ Registered electrician/Journeyman or Master Electrician

Work Environment

The position involves working outdoors in various elements, with a schedule of 5-6 days per week and 50-60 hours per week, depending on project and jobsite schedules.

This is a Permanent position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
