Job Title:** **Stand-Up Forklift Operator

**Position type:** 1-3 month CONTRACT

**Shift:** 9:00am-5:30pm M-F

**Pay:** $19/hr

**Location:** Westside Jacksonville, FL (32220)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled **Stand-Up Forklift Operator** to join our production team in the process of setting up our new warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse or production area. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. When not unloading trucks will be responisble for cleaning and upkeep for work area. This is a brand new warehouse located behind the original warehouse and is being used to store product.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate a stand-up forklift to transport materials and products.

+ Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers.

+ Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and recording product movement.

+ Inspect forklift and report any maintenance issues.

+ Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

+ Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

+ **Experience:** Minimum 3 years operating a stand-up forklift.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience with unloading trucks with stand up forklift

+ **Certification:** Valid forklift operator certification preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

+ Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.

Work Environment:

+ Non climate controlled warehouse

Position Type:

+ 1-3 month contract until warehouse transition is completed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
