    Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description

     

    Join a local parts cleaning company as a General Production Laborer, where you will play a vital role in the processing, cleaning, and inspection of parts and assemblies for high-tech semiconductor manufacturing. You will begin with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, for the initial 30-60 days and eventually transition to a front or back half shift, Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm.

    Responsibilities

    + Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies from semiconductor manufacturing.

    + Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts in a cleanroom environment.

    + Maintain the highest safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values.

    + Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.

    + Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.

    + Use and maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.

    + Utilize mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques to clean equipment.

    + Use safety equipment daily, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, and chemical-resistant aprons and gloves.

    + Handle potentially hazardous materials by following manufacturing and safety procedures.

    + Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate garments and following micro-contamination protocols.

    + Strictly adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures.

    + Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and maintained.

    + Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, ensuring each step is annotated as complete.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with production and general labor.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.

    + Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs.

    + Understanding of cleanroom procedures and chemical handling.

    + Experience in assembly and inspection processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
