    Job Title: Pallet Construction and Assembly Worker** **Job Description

     

    Join our dynamic team to assist in the construction and assembly of wooden pallets. Contribute to a fun and friendly work environment where teamwork and efficiency are valued.

    Responsibilities

    + Stack wood and load it into machinery.

    + Assemble all parts to build pallets.

    + Utilize hand and air tools effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.

    + Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.

    + Experience in manufacturing or construction.

    + Proficiency in using hand and air tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with basic measurements and labor tasks.

    + Carpentry skills are advantageous.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

    Work in a brand-new, semi-climate-controlled facility with state-of-the-art machinery. The facility is designed with contractor accommodations in mind. Dress code includes shorts or long work pants, steel toe boots, with safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves provided.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
