3rd Shift General Production

Job Description

Join our team for a 3rd shift position in General Production at a dynamic manufacturing facility specializing in Printed Circuit Boards (PC Boards). Candidates will receive comprehensive training across various production processes.

Responsibilities

+ Receive training on diverse manufacturing processes.

+ Read and comprehend work orders.

+ Apply basic math and reasoning skills.

+ Demonstrate hand-eye coordination.

+ Visually inspect products to ensure quality standards.

+ Move materials efficiently through the department.

+ Operate or load/unload basic machinery.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in some type of manufacturing environment.

+ Willingness to be trained and learn new skills.

+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

+ Desire for a long-term position with growth opportunities.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs infrequently.

+ Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Open to entry-level candidates with a willingness to be trained.

+ Six months or more of production experience is preferred.

+ Experience in the PCB industry is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a 40,000 sq/ft facility dedicated to PC Board manufacturing. The environment is extremely clean, climate-controlled, and air-conditioned, ensuring comfort and safety during your shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
