Job Title: Metal Cabinet Fabrication Technician
Job Description
As a Metal Cabinet Fabrication Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly of metal cabinets, utilizing various tools and machinery to assemble high-quality products.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble metal cabinets according to specifications.
+ Operate band saw and glass cutting machine efficiently.
+ Use basic hand tools and a power drill for assembly purposes.
+ Count and organize nuts, screws, bolts, and other small components.
+ Follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
+ Stack cabinets in a safe and organized manner.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
+ Experience in assembly work.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to use hand drills and wrenches.
+ Capability to lift boxes and components up to 75 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Wearing steel toe boots is required for safety.
Work Environment
Work is conducted in a manufacturing setting during the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The environment is dynamic and requires adherence to safety standards, including wearing steel toe boots.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Farmingdale, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
