    Job Title: Carpenter

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled laborers for an office clean-out job in Allegany, NY. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, and utilizing various tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform office clean-out tasks efficiently and safely.

    + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

    + Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

    + Conduct cleaning and janitorial duties as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year of labor experience.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs.

    + Experience in cleaning and janitorial work.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in construction and carpentry.

    + Understanding of blueprints and construction safety.

    + Previous experience as a foreman is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
