• What You’ll Do

+ Build and wire **electrical control panels** using blueprints, ladder diagrams, and schematics

+ Prepare materials, wires, and components needed for panel completion

+ Follow established **wiring and assembly procedures** to ensure precision and safety

+ Use a variety of **hand and power tools** as part of daily assembly tasks

+ Support the team in **electrical cabinet fabrication** and related build activities

• What You Bring

+ Hands‑on experience in **electrical wiring** or **control panel assembly**

+ Ability to confidently **read and interpret electrical schematics & blueprints**

+ Skilled in mechanical assembly with common hand tools

• Preferred (But Not Required)

+ Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronics (Ranken, ITT, or similar programs)

+ Prior control panel wiring experience

+ **Entry-level candidates are welcome** if you have strong technical training or school projects to show your knowledge!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
