    Logistics Specialist

    **Location:** Tulsa

    Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will maintain inventory, manage the receipt and disbursement of materials, and ensure efficient operations by replenishing manufacturing cells and press lines with necessary components.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain inventory and assist with annual physical inventory

    + Receive, record, and distribute materials and supplies accurately

    + Refill press lines with steel and copper coils based on planning requirements

    + Replenish manufacturing cells with connections, plated rings, bolts, packing material, and other parts

    + Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate variances

    + Identify and resolve storage issues to support current and future growth

    + Perform routine equipment servicing and safety checks

    + Follow established procedures and contribute to Lean process improvements

    Essential Skills

    + Material handling and inventory management experience

    + Proficiency with RF scanners for loading and unloading

    + Logistics and data entry skills

    + Familiarity with SAP software

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

    Work Environment

    Climate-controlled facility with two shifts available:

    + 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

    + 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM (with shift differential)

    + Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
