Job Title: Checker** **Job Description

As a Checker, you will be responsible for checking in cars at the company gate and preparing them for auction. This role involves using a Samsung Galaxy Note to take pictures and answer questions about the vehicles. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

+ Check in cars at the company gate.

+ Prepare cars for auction.

+ Use a Samsung Galaxy Note to take pictures of vehicles.

+ Answer questions related to the cars.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanically inclined.

+ Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial.

+ Ability to perform general labor and yard work.

+ Attention to detail in automotive detailing.

Work Environment

The role requires working outside in all seasons, which involves dealing with cars of various shapes and sizes. Candidates must be comfortable getting dirty. The dress code includes seasonal wear, such as jeans and shirts in the summer and jackets in the winter, with closed-toe shoes. The typical shift is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with optional Saturday shifts for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
