Job Title: Picker Packer** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join our team. The role involves picking and packing food products within a cold storage facility. It requires the use of RF scanners, and you will need to maintain attention to detail while being on your feet for the entirety of your shift. The position also involves heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

+ Pick and pack food products accurately and efficiently in a cold storage environment.

+ Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory.

+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

+ Perform heavy lifting as required by the role.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with packaging and picking packing processes.

+ Proficiency in using RF scanner guns.

+ Ability to work effectively in cold storage conditions.

Work Environment

This position is based in a cold storage facility where temperatures are extremely low. Candidates must be prepared to work in these conditions. The first shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:30pm, with longer hours on Mondays and Wednesdays (10-12 hours), and standard 8-hour shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
