Position Electrical Assembler

**Location:** Palmetto, FL

**Role:** Electrical Assembler

Job description:

+ We are hiring for Electrical Assemblers to build and assemble electrical components used in ground support equipment for the aviation industry. The role is hands‑on, production‑focused, and part of a growing manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble electrical components, wiring, and sub‑assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies.

+ Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

+ Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

+ Collaborate with production teams to meet daily and weekly build targets.

**Shift:** 1st (can start any time between 5am – 7am, however, once you decide your start time you must keep that as your start time)

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
