Repair Technician - 1st Shift - Pay up to $24/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing electronic products used in the dental industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various electronic devices, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot and repair electronic products such as ultrasonic cleaners, LED curing lights, sterilizing ovens, high-frequency electro surgical devices, and dental scalers.

+ Perform acceptance testing of products post-repair and document the results.

+ Work with schematics, drawings, and test procedures.

+ Utilize troubleshooting techniques using electrical meters, scopes, high voltage leak detection equipment, and other devices.

+ Conduct mechanical repair and assembly of equipment.

+ Disassemble and troubleshoot equipment, documenting issues and solutions.

+ Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts.

+ Perform soldering and desoldering tasks as needed.

Essential Skills:

+ Experience in electro-mechanical, electronic assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency with electronics, schematics, mechanical components, and mechanical repair.

+ Ability to test circuits and interpret blueprints and printed circuit boards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in electronics, mechanical, electrical, and electronics repair.

+ Competence in interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment

Join us for the first shift from 7 AM to 3 PM in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Our facility is regulated by FDA standards, ensuring a pristine and quiet work setting in the dental supply manufacturing industry.
